About
Why this Atlas exists. Who it is for. What it is not.
This Atlas is a counsel-grade presentation of the NRD-DAO architecture. Its purpose is rigor, not persuasion. Every assertion in it is traceable to one of four sources: the NURJ paper, the EC-M methodology, jurisdictional law, or first-principles reasoning.
What this is
A static, accountably-versioned, hyperlinked map of the architecture and the reasoning behind it. The architecture splits the Nature Rights Deed into three independent layers: a lightweight legal instrument, a per-property governance vehicle, and a cryptographic measurement layer. Each layer is replaceable. The firewall between Earth Credits and benefit units is the architecture's spine.
What this is not
- Not a smart-contract codebase
- Not a draft deed for execution
- Not a deployment record
- Not a marketing document
- Not a venue for unsupported claims
Who it is for
Outside counsel reviewing for securities, tax, and property-law exposure. Co-architect review. Indigenous-rights advocates reviewing Template C. Foundation board candidates. Funders. The Landseed team.
